I love Ardovinos literally the best pizza but this location has the worst service. Server Genesy not helpful, came in looking like she had an attitude. The restaurant was empty but it was like biting teeth to get serviced, didnt seem like she even wanted to pay attention to us because even just ordering drinks she brought us the wrong drinks. When a large table came in she ran to help them while she never checked on us again. Later another server much nicer noticed we needed refills and went to get us some immediately. Then after we were taking care of she had the audacity to ask if we needed anything after someone else took care of us. She never acknowledged us again. I know there's always a perception small table small tip but thats not customer service. I cant condone tipping someone who blatantly ignores you.

The hostess/waitress was awesome (very polite & friendly), the pizza was on point, the house salad (artichokes were delicious & a nice touch) just a tad bit too oily, the sweet tea was perfect. This place is most definitely a MUST try! The outdoor seating was perfect for lunch with that spectacular view of the mountains.

Great selections, good size. The price is higher, but these pizzas were given a little extra love. Sharing a full size salad is recommended. Could have got a smaller one between two people with a shared pizza. Been here a few times over a year. Do enjoy it. Dining indoors can get cramped if busy near the later hours. Finally going to be able to sit outside and watch the stars over the mountain though.

This place is officially the worst pizza in El Paso, let alone on planet earth. I would rather eat a frozen pizza from Digorno than eat this pathetic excuse of a pizza. Crust was disgusting, sauce was terrible and cheese tasted old as hell and not even fully cooked.

Ok here we go, made my order a medium pie & a large lasagna, waited about 15 min aprox when handed the order my pizza had no wieght I had ordered it with pepperoni & sausage, the pizza box weighed more than the pizza 🍕 I informed the waitress is this a small pizza because I ordered a medium & it's even smaller than litte Cesars and for almost 20 bucks it wasn't worth it, ask to speak with the owner but they werent there so spoke to the manager she was nice about it and refunded me my pizza $$ then she insisted if I wanted to keep the pizza I said give it to the employee she said she couldn't, but I said no, to me it would beat the protest I believe needed so the objective of making a better product make a happier client, & I'm no Cheapskate you serve me a decent size meal I pay with content. Look at the Lasagna its the Large one and for 16.00 the small was 10.00 again look the size and who thick it was, I give you this it had good taste. Don't have pic of the Pie but take my word for it. Would I return most likely not with other pizzarias in El Paso that serve a much better product.
